The establishment of the Master of Accounting Study Program (MIA) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung was driven by the great desire and enthusiasm of the entire academic community of the Faculty of Economics and Business, especially the Accounting Study Program in achieving the faculty and university’s vision of becoming a top ten university. PS MIA FEB Unila was established based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education Number 201/D/O/2010 on December 9, 2010.
Study Program Vision:
Becoming the third best Master of Accounting Program in Indonesia in 2025 through excellence in accounting education and research that is oriented towards the development of knowledge and its application in the business world.
Study Program Mission:
- Organizing quality and professional accounting science education;
- Carrying out quality research in the field of accounting and contributing to science;
- Apply accounting knowledge and competence in community service activities.

Number of Study Program Lecturers: 18 Lecturers (6 Professors, 3 Head Lecturers, 9 Lectors).
Learning Excellence & Study Program Achievements:
Unila MIA FEB Study Program was established based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education Number 201/D/O/2010 on December 9 2010. Early October 2017 PS MIA FEB Unila obtained accreditation A and has been accredited Superior based on BAN-PT Decree No.13447/ SK/BAN-PT/AK-ISK/M/XII/2021, December 21, 2021. PS MIA FEB Unila has been accredited internationally ABEST 21. Currently in the process of applying for FIBAA international accreditation. In addition, it has been certified ISO 14001 PS MIA FEB Unila has three concentrations namely: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Public Sector Accounting.
